How to Submit for Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Unfortunately, Healthfirst and other medicaid plans are generally not required to cover LC support. That said, it's still a good idea to call your plan and ask what support they can provide and if they would grant you an exception to receive out-of-network LC support.
